Top Virtual Event Platforms for Integrating Virtual Photo Booth Software
Embedding PixiWeb in your Virtual Event Platform is as simple as copying and pasting a few lines of code.
Live events are making a comeback in a major way this summer but we are nowhere near the end of the virtual event trend. Although there is a ton of positive momentum towards opening back up live events, the reality is that for the next year or so a virtual option for your event in most cases is still going to be very important.
Additionally, the chances are good that your organization could benefit from carrying a hybrid model for events moving forward. The COVID-19 “Great Virtual Migration” was no easy feat and you probably had to put in a ton of effort to build that new online audience, innovate how you’re connecting with them, and most of all making them a part of your organization and community — so don’t let all of that hard work go to waste!
With that being said, continuing to offer a virtual option for event attendees means that you’re going to also continue to update the tools and strategies to produce those events. Some will be all-new tools that pertain to helping you serve the hybrid elements of your event and connect online and offline attendees, and others will just be updated tools you’ve already come to know in producing virtual events.
Now that we’ve gotten a lot of experience under our belts in the virtual event ecosystem, we’re able to fine-tune our programming, realize where the gaps are, and find new tools and programs we can add to the mix. Choosing the right virtual event platform can be challenging to say the least not to mention finding one that integrates with all of the tools you're hoping to add.
At this point in time, we're proud to say that we have produced over 1,000 events on the PixiWeb virtual photo booth software and needless to say we've gained a lot of insight integrating with a lot of different virtual events platforms.
In this blog post, we'll highlight the best virtual event platforms we’ve found for optimum compatibility in adding a PixiWeb shared photo experience.
And for all of the virtual event platforms out there that didn't make the list don't worry we still have time! We're always looking for new technology platforms and partners to build relationships with. So if that's you, reply in the comments or shoot us an email, and let's get to work :-)
On with the recommendations!
Hopin
Hopin is an online events platform where you can create engaging virtual events that connect people around the globe. As one of the larger players in the virtual event platform space, we’ve had the opportunity to work with this platform a handful of times and it’s always been a really great fit with PixiWeb.

“When we started designing Hopin a few years ago, our aim was to give organizers the ability to recreate the in-person event experience as closely as possible, but online and all in one place.”
vFairs
vFairs is a virtual & hybrid events platform that helps organizations reach global audiences. Start hosting amazing online conferences, trade shows, job fairs & more. We’ve had the chance to integrate PixiWeb with vFairs for a handful of our university partners over the past year and the events are consistently outstanding.
The technical team at vFairs is second to none so if a good support team for your virtual event platform is important to you vFairs might be a good fit.
Bonus: PixiWeb has become the recommended Virtual Photo Booth & Shared Photo Gallery for vFairs so the integration with PixiWeb can be flawless.

“Whether you’re invited a small pool of attendees for a private training or opening up doors to thousands across the world, we’ve got you covered.”
Zoom
Zoom has pretty much become everyone’s favorite virtual event tool. While it isn’t necessarily a virtual event platform its ubiquity in the online meeting space made it an absolute no-brainer when people were looking for a good tool for their virtual events. While you can’t embed PixiWeb, or any other apps for that matter via an iFrame, integrating our tool and live photo slideshow through links in your communication and displaying the QR Code via the Zoom chat application has done wonders for scores of PixiWeb users.
An important note to mention is that Zoom is actively working on their formal virtual event platform so expect this tool to become an even stronger contender in that space as well as further integration potential with PixiWen in the near future.

“We’re here to help you connect, communicate, and express your ideas so you can get more done together.”
Event Rebels
Event Rebels is a conference & trade show management software for virtual & hybrid events and a platform we’re actively working on a formal partnership with. Event Rebels virtual conference software includes an integration directly with Zoom so if you’re planning to use Zoom as your video chat tool and are looking for a good place to host the other elements of your virtual event ecosystem Event Rebels may be a great fit.

“We understand how important events can be to any organization, which is why we’ve combined our unique expertise in software development, event planning and administration to create event management software solutions designed to help our users get the most out of their events.”
Swapcard
Swapcard was one of the very first virtual event platforms we integrated with PixiWeb at the very beginning of the virtual event explosion. It’s a simple, stable, and well-regarded virtual event tool used by tons of event professionals and organizations to bring their virtual ecosystems to life. Swapcard is the only end-to-end event & community platform for virtual and hybrid events powered by artificial intelligence.

So that brings us to the end of this list of virtual event platform recommendations. If you've been doing some investigating and have an additional platform that you're planning to use PixiWeb please let us know as we'd love to add it to this list.
As virtual event platforms, tools and technology continue to evolve I'm sure we'll see new innovations in partners come to light. One thing I think we can all say for certain is that virtual and hybrid event tools are just starting to get good. With continued development, insights, and innovation I think we're in for more and more great tools & resources coming to light every day.
Events are getting good and the future looks bright. Let’s do this!
